Glanbrook and Binbrook sit directly north of Caledonia, and the properties there are acreage and working farms rather than city lots. We work this fringe because it is the same drive and the same job. What we do not do is the Hamilton mountain or the city core — that is a different market, well served already, and we would just be another name on a list.
